Stephanie Ramos is a proud first-gen college grad who got her start at community college and never looked back. With a background in chemistry and a passion for student success, she now serves as Associate Director of the Office of Undergraduate Research at Oregon State University. When she's not championing equity in STEM, she's probably running, exploring Oregon trails, or reading her next professional development book.
